Create Comment Categories

This allows you to add to the options available in the Comment Categories drop down menu in Contact Details.

1.   Select Gx CRM from the toolbar.
2.   Hold the cursor over Options on the menu.
3.   Hold the cursor over Options on the second menu.
4.   Select Comment Categories from the third menu.
5.   Assign a code for the new Category, eg. CC. 
6.   Type in the full description for the comment category, eg. Credit Control.
7.   Type in an abbreviated description of the comment category, eg. Cr Ctrl. 
8.   Click the Save button to commit your changes.
